Character-based principles for
a successful workplace
Plan to attend this seminar to learn why building character in your organization is important.  Building character in your organization will build teamwork and company morale, improve quality, strengthen customer relationships, boost productivity, reduce accidents, lower injury costs and increase profits.  Business leaders will gain an understanding of the importance of character in their organization, discover the secrets to building a culture of character, learn how to emphasize character in employee meetings and familiarize themselves with tools and resources for studying character.

Employees determine the success of your rganization, but not solely with their knowledge, skills, and abilities.  Their productivity and performance stems from their character.  A punctual employee arrives to work on time.  A diligent employee invests all of her efforts to complete a task.  An alert employee is keenly aware of each customer’s needs.

The Character First Implementation Training will acquaint you with character-based principles and equip you with powerful, yet practical, insights on how to successfully promote character within your organization.  Through emphasizing, requiring, and recognizing positive character qualities, you can encourage your employees to achieve true success.

DO YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH IMPLEMENTATION TRANING SOONER?

Host an in-house training at your business or organization. Contact Character Fort Collins at 970-266-2671 or exec.asst@characterfortcollins.org for more information.

Effective Leadership Workshops

Successfully impact morale, productivity, and excellence through character-based leadership.

Today’s leaders need more than technical expertise and mental aptitude to succeed. They must possess the ability to effectively inspire and direct others. Such capacity is only achieved through the development and maintenance of strong relationships—strong relationships that come from a leader with good character.
