and resources to leaders of organizations that are developing
their own character development programs. Character Fort Collins
has a Character First! trainer on staff
that is available to implement trainings and follow up with additional
consulting as necessary. The goal is to empower any community,
workplace, school, faith-based organization or family with the
model, training and resources to start their own programs.

Character-based principles for
a successful workplace
